what type of car is fast a lamborgini gallardo or a ferrari enzo? this is a ? for car experts and also free for everyone else

Alfonso replied: "The Lamborghini Gallardo (Spanish pronunciation: [ɡaˈʎarðo]) is a sports car built by Lamborghini. The Gallardo is Lamborghini's most-produced model to date, with over 5000 built in its first three years of production Each car costs about $180,000 to $210,000. The car is named after a famous breed of fighting bull. The Spanish word gallardo translates into "gallant," and from Italian into "striking". The Gallardo offers two choices of transmissions, a conventional (H-Box) six-speed manual transmission, and an advanced six-speed electro-hydraulically controlled 'semi-automatic single-clutch sequential manual', which Lamborghini abbreviates to "E-gear". The "E-gear" allows the driver to make shifts much faster than a manual transmission would. The driver shifts up and down via paddles behind the steering wheel, and does not and cannot manually actuate the clutch. For the MY2006 (launched in late 2005) Lamborghini introduced many changes to the car to counter some criticisms garnered by the press and owners. These were derived from the limited edition Gallardo SE. The exhaust system was changed to a more sporty one (including a flap to make it quieter around town), the suspension was revised and a new steering rack was fitted, the engine power was increased by 20bhp to a maximum of 520bhp, the biggest change was an overall lowering of the gearing especially in 1st to 5th. The result was a much improved car, it handled and turned in better, sounded better under full throttle and the extra power and lower gearing turned an already fast car into a seriously quick one. The Audi R8 sports car, launched in early 2007, is based on the Gallardo platform, and uses a 4.2 litre V8 in place of the Gallardo's V10 to avoid competing directly with the Gallardo. In December 2008, Audi unveiled a V10 Audi R8, with a detuned version of the Gallardo's, placed between the R8 V8 and the Gallardo. For the 2008 model year, an onboard computer, iPod connectivity with USB, heated mirrors, Q-citura stitching that originally could only be found on the Nera model, and a beige soft-top on the Spyder, were added to the Gallardo. It can go 0-60 in 4.1 seconds and has a top speed of 203mph. The Enzo Ferrari is a 12 cylinder mid-engine berlinetta named after the company's founder, Enzo Ferrari. It is currently one of the most powerful naturally aspirated production cars. It was built in 2002 using Formula One technology, such as a carbon-fibre body, F1-style sequential shift transmission, and Carbon fibre-reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) ceramic composite disc brakes. Also used are technologies not allowed in F1 such as active aerodynamics and traction control. After a downforce of 775 kg (1,709 lb) is reached at 348.8 km/h (217 mph) the rear wing is actuated by computer to maintain that downforce. The Enzo's V12 engine is the first of a new generation for Ferrari. It is based on the architecture of the V8 found in sister-company Maserati's Quattroporte, using the same basic architecture and 104 mm (4.1 in) bore spacing. This design will replace the former architectures seen in V12 and V8 engines used in most other contemporary Ferraris. The 2005 F430 is the second Ferrari to get a version of this new powerplant. The ferrari enzo can reach 0-60 in 3.2 seconds. In 2004, Sports Car International named the Enzo Ferrari number three on their list of Top Sports Cars of the 2000s. Motor Trend Classic named the Enzo as number four in their list of the ten "Greatest Ferraris of all time"."

kcaj replied: "simply put their both built 2 do 1 thing... go blindingly fast and they both do that but the enzo is faster... the gallardos top speed is about 199 mph and the enzos top speed is about 210 mph"

Tom replied: "Some examples of equally fast cars are the Bugatti Veyron, Corvette ZR1, Porsche 911 Turbo, Porsche 911 GT3 or GT2, Audi R8, Aston Martin DBS, and Aston Martin One-77. I found this on acceltimes.com, they have stats for all current cars including the 0-60 mph times and 1/4 mile times."

sickunts Inc. replied: "If you take the freeway down to fairyland make a left at santas workshop , past the easter bunnys house you'll see a workshop .Ask for the boogie man he'll help you out ."

landon_teague2000 replied: "Well the best thing we go to the dealer or find a dealer and ask them what they can do to make it faster. If they dont have NOS then they should know someone who does."

Which is faster, Ferrari Enzo or A Lamborghini? I dont care about anything exept speed, and i dont care about detail just in general, which is faster Please Respond ASAP

CT replied: "Enzo."

Emily replied: "The Ferrari Enzo is faster than all other Lamborghini's. The fastest Lambo is the Diablo GT with a top speed of 214 mph. Ferrari Enzo's top speed is 242 mph."

unplugged-Pro-Peace replied: "ferrari's lambo's are awd and that adds drag to the engine."

drewdude320i replied: "That's like asking "which is faster: a ford or a chevy?" They have a ton of different models and special editions, so without a specific Lamborghini in mind, you're not going to get an accurate answer."

Erock replied: "the new lambo sv is faster than the enzo the ferarri fxx is faster than any lambo"

Richard CB replied: "The Enzo is faster..."

I was wondering why the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano which has the same engine as the Enzo Ferrari Isnt as fast? I mean they spent alot of money DeTunig every Enzo engine and then Fitting in there Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, I dont see the engine bieng in the front bieng any difference because its actually behind the front wheels and the fronr axel so its percectly mid engined and its not a long distance GT car either its just a Track Day Supercar with a boot and which handles in a wierd way I mean I never saw a Ferrari that UNDERSTEER's!!! after spending a day in tht car I would still recomend its Predicessor the Ferrari 575 Marenello with the GTC Package which will still be cheaper and al most as fastwelll ALmost.

beverhouzen replied: "weight.. the 599 is heavier ..."

Jennifer F replied: "Gear ratios. The 599 is heavier and it is designed to be driven on the street. It needs ratios that give it more torque, and an engine with a wider powerband to be more of a practical vehicle. As far as maximum speed, the 599 may be slower than an Enzo, but it can still go much faster than anybody needs to go, unless they are in a race. And it can go twice as fast as a sane person would drive. The Enzo is designed to be driven on a race track by guys who do road tests for car magazines so it needs high speed ratios and and an engine with the highest possible peak horse power. It probably has less drag, because it is smaller and drag is what really sets the limit on top speed."

Which car is faster: Lamborghini Reventon or Ferrari Enzo? Which car has a higher MPH limit, and which car is overall better in handling, weight, and has a faster 0-60 time?

Which car would win in a race, the Lamborghini Reventon or the Ferrari Enzo? The Reventon, the fastest Lamborghini on the planet, or the Ferrari Enzo.

Do i have any chances of becoming like Enzo Ferrari? I know this sounds very crazy.i saw the ferrari factory and i was wondering if i could become like the business man who makes them(Enzo Ferrari).im not a millionaire. But still do i have any chances of becoming like him.If i try to make sports car like Ferrari's will anyone buy them if they look good and fast?i know ferrari are the most popular cars in the worl

Your Friendly Jewish Accountant replied: "Enzo undoubtedly grew up as a millionaire. It takes money to make money. Get some schooling and you'll kick his a$$ in the end."

C7S replied: "If you make a sports car that people would sell, you would get rich. Look at the guy who made Scion. He went to Toyota for help and Toyota decided to make the Scion brand and make Scion cars. That was in 2002. And now Scion tC is one of the best sellers in North America. So it is possible if you can get a billion dollars to make a new car."

Jeff replied: "If you make were good at making cars, there is one thing that you must do to match Ferrari. And that is attention to detail. Ferrari makes their cars out of the best materials on the planet. You just cant drop a big engine in and call it a sports car."

Delamothe replied: "Aything is possible if you apply yourself and are passionate about what you do. Lorenzo Ferrari started racing cars and being a mechanic back in the 20's. He didn't start his own car brand until after WWII when he was in his 50's. He was not born to a rich family, I have no idea why someone answered that. But anyway, that's not important. The man had a passion for what he did, and it was his career and hobby. He made Alfa Romeo one of the most respected brands in the racing community as a driver and then as a racing team manager all through the 1930's. The point here is that when he started his brand, the man had already EARNED a lot of fame in the automotive world, kind of like a Roger Penske today. One of his biggest qualities was that he was a clever businessman and a showman. He surrounded himself with the best enginerring and design talent he could muster around Italy and other parts of Europe, and the rest is history. He was the front man for the comapny bearing his name, and he added a mystique to his brand by purposely making it exclusive. If you weren't form a certain promenance or wealth, he wouldn't pee on you if you were on fire. This is why his brand became so coveted by wealthy people who don't know a stick shift from a hole in the ground. (If there is something that pisses off a type alpha personality, is dangling a carrot in fornt of them that they can't have...) The racing heritage portion took care of itself with his managing expertise. Today, that attitude is still caried on by Luca Di Montezemolo. If you want to buy a new Ferrari, and have never owned one, they encourage you to buy a used one, in order to get into the "club". The new ones are already spoken for by the loyal owners and collectors every year. And they have to wait between 12 to 18 months to get theirs!"
